Interim Assistant Director of Development - 6 months - Cumbria - 3 days p/w remote - July start

My client based in Cumbria is looking for an interim AD of Development to come in for an initial 6 month period on a part remote basis. Ideally the candidate will be office based at least 2 days p/w so staying over may be required. 

Responsibilities:

• Overall management responsibility of up to 40 FTE distributed through a number of teams
• Financial responsibility for £xx financial resources (budget figure still to be confirmed)
• Some direct responsibility for Council owned land and buildings through the management of the functions within their service.
