Graduate / APC Building Surveyor – Part home-based – up to £33k + Benefits   

Are you a Graduate Building Surveyor seeking a route to your APC?

Do you have an interest in residential projects and a desire to fulfil a traditional Building Surveyor role once Chartered (MRICS)?

My client is a Residential Managing Agent overseeing an extensive UK wide portfolio of leasehold blocks, dealing with maintenance and major works issues alongside H&S, Fire Risk and Insurance Reinstatement Surveys.

Within their in-house Building Surveying team, a Graduate Building Surveyor is required for a structured APC role working alongside Senior Building Surveyors dealing with:

• Building Surveys
• Long term maintenance plans
• Refurbishment and Major works Projects
• Fire Risk Assessments (training provided leading to a recognised qualification)
• Insurance Reinstatement Cost surveys (training provided)
• General Building Surveyor duties in line with portfolio needs

The Graduate Building Surveyor will receive full support, training and funding towards their APC with immediate enrolment on our clients proven RICS APC pathway.

Suitable Graduate Building Surveyor applicants will ideally have SOME practical Building Surveying experience (sandwich year, internship or employment) but those without it are still encouraged to apply.

Our client's offices are based in Hertfordshire but the role will offer part home working alongside time spent out on site/estates.

Salary for the successful Graduate Building Surveyor will largely depend on experience (and whether they are already partway through their APC) but will likely fall in the region of £23-35k + Car allowance.
