Job Details
A highly respected consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an APC Building Surveyor within their growing office.
The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation. Your workload will be interesting and diverse, and will involve working with an established client base including owner occupiers, tenants, investment funds and developers. As part of your training you will be given practical experience in dilapidations, Schedule of Condition, party walls, project management plus other core building surveying services.
As part of this continued success, either a part-qualified candidate with a least 12-months APC experience or a surveyor approaching qualification is now required to help service the work load and help identify and exploit further areas of growth. Ideally, the role would suit an ambitious individual, who is motivated, driven and keen to progress.
This position offers fantastic APC training and support where the department has a 100% pass rate. Also on offer is a competitive remuneration package and exceptional opportunities for progression within the organisation moving forward.
