Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are proudly working with one of London’s most prestigious Building Consultancies assisting them with the addition of a Chartered Building Surveyor.

My client is a commercially focused practice who undertakes exclusive programmes across London. The organisation prides itself on delivering high levels of professional advice and customer experience.

The building consultancy team plays an integral part in the practice’s success. The group contains a bunch of friendly, sociable, passionate and professional surveyors. Due to the increase in workload a position in the team has arisen. We are looking for a talented Chartered Building Surveyor from a commercially focused background.

This is a traditional building surveying role which encompasses both project and professional disciplines. Your responsibilities will include dilapidations, technical due diligence, building surveys and contract administration. This is an excellent role for a Chartered Building Surveyor who is looking to work with exclusive clientele on ‘sexy’ projects.

About the Chartered Building Surveyor: 

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client facing skills
• Full UK drivers licence
