The Estates Department are looking for an Estates Manager to work within the team with primary focus on managing lease renewals and rent reviews for the estate.

My client is a well known retails with an impressive portfolio of over 2500 stores nationwide.
Description
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Managing a portfolio comprising of retail stores with forthcoming or past lease expiry or rent review events.
- Financially appraising and evaluating property transactions, preparing and presenting approval papers.
- Negotiating the best commercial terms in the market on all aspects of rental transactions
Profile
The successful candidate will have a strong customer focus, be a strong negotiator and have a high level of drive and self-motivation to succeed in a fast paced, challenging environment.
Job Offer
The successful candidate will be offered a salary between £45k - £55k experience dependant, alongside a fleet car allowance.
