Building Surveyor

The Company

Joshua Robert are working with a multi – disciplined, national property consultancy in the recruitment of a Chartered Building Surveyor for their office in the south west of England.

The business, who are going through a sustained period of growth, are seeking a Building Surveyor to deliver Building Consultancy services to a wide range of Client across the South West.

There is now an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to drive forward ongoing projects. You will be working closely with the Senior Management team, allowing full autonomy whilst looking to grow and develop your own portfolio with the goal of setting up and running a standalone department.

The Role

The Building Surveying team covers schedule of conditions and dilapidation reports, building surveys and project management.

This role will be equally split between professional and project work. You will be given the opportunity to manage your own projects at the appropriate time.

You will be supporting delivery of value for money and innovation in accordance with maintenance strategy and business plans and being involved in all sectors of this companies business. They are looking for people who want to grow their skills and experiences and they will provide the right environment to achieve this.
