Development Manager - Residential

Do you have a passion for delivering large scale Development Projects from pre RIBA stages? Are you looking to join a well-established business that are currently delivering large schemes of up to 2000 new homes? If you are then this could be a great opportunity to join a well established, global, multidisciplinary construction consultancy. 

Working under the current Head of Development, this team are looking to grow and have some very experienced professionals who deliver to a mixture of JV schemes and family development office clients. Current schemes include a 1500 home town centre extension and a 2000 new homes scheme in the home counties. 

Candidates must have either worked for a Consultancy or client-side for a developer/Local A and be able to demonstrate knowledge and application of skills across several issues relating to planning applications for brownfield site regeneration, residential development and associated infrastructure. 

You must have a clear understanding of the interface between design and other areas of the development workstream and the ability to orchestrate the activities of the involved parties to a full project team. 

This role will be based in central London and candidates must have a proven track record in this field. 

On offer is a salary between £50,000 to £75,000 per annum plus a very generous benefits package.
