Chartered Building Surveyor

My client has an excellent reputation for delivering services within both public and private sectors. With over 25+ years of experience, they cover all aspects of building surveying associated with the acquisition, ownership, occupation, maintenance and disposal of property. Clients they are currently working with include but are not limited to pension funds, investors, retailers, residential conversions and warehouses.  

The firm are now looking to hire due to increase in workload. This is a perfect position for a surveyor who is looking to establish a name and progress their career level and work with a diverse portfolio ranging from pension funds, investors, retailers, residential and warehouses.

To be considered for this position you must be a driven individual who is client facing and enjoys delivery. You must also demonstrate a good understanding of this market and have experience within areas such as approval of alterations, building advice and pathology, contract administration, design and specification, dilapidations, party wall disputes, planned preventative maintenance, project management. It is important that you are able to maintain and develop new business as this will be key to your success.

You will receive a basic salary up to £65,000 D.O.E plus pension, healthcare, a guaranteed bonus, performance related bonus and commission on new clients.
