Project Manager job Property Consultancy Leeds
Your new company
This is an international consultancy with a city centre office. They have a healthy pipeline of projects for 2021 and would like to expand their Leeds team with commercial PM's.
Your new role
You will be working mostly with property investors and developers, supporting Directors with large projects and eventually taking over smaller projects. You will manage design, planning through to handover, managing internal and external teams to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. You will assist with the life cycle ensuring client expectations are met and balanced with technical knowledge. The role requires you to track deliverables and update systems regularly. You will also work with the wider team, cross selling and providing advice to secure instructions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Project Manager who has completed a degree in Building Surveying, Project Management or Construction Project Management, you may be MRICS chartered or a member of MAPM. You will have a background delivering commercial projects, such as office refurbishments, in a consultancy environment. You will have the confidence to work independently and use your initiative to complete your workload. You might have an interest in securing new work for the organisation or progressing into people management.
