Job title: Senior Building Surveyor

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

A UK's leading multidiscipline practice is looking to strengthen their building consultancy team with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor.

My client is a forward-thinking progressive organisation, they have over ten offices in the UK providing accurate construction advice across the built environment. A diverse firm who works within the commercial, residential and public sectors.

A position has arisen within the building consultancy department, due to an increase in workload and an additional team forming within the division. We are looking for a competent well rounded Senior Building Surveyor to join the team.

This is a traditional building surveying role which encompasses both professional and project disciplines. You will lead a small team of junior surveyors supporting them through daily tasks and their APC process. The role is to assist the Partner in the team with stakeholder relationships and spot new business development opportunities.

The role is ideal for a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to take the next steps in their career and progress into full Partnership status. You will have the practice's full support to continue career and personal development.
