Job Details

I am currently working with one of the largest international property consultancies who are looking to add an MRICS AD Cost Manager to their Birmingham team. You will be working within a large team covering The Midlands and reporting to the Head of Cost Management. You will be expected to independently carry out cost management duties on commercial and mixed use projects from inception to completion.

You will need to have great communication skills to be able to develop existing relationships with clients as well as winning and bringing in new business. The right candidate will have experience in Project Delivery as this will form part of the role.

My client are also open to looking at experienced Senior cost consultants who are looking to make the step up to Associate in the near future.
