RESIDENTIAL SURVEYORS (HIGH END INSTRUCTIONS)

FUL TIME – PART TIME – EMPLOYED OR CONTRACTOR

On Target Earnings to £100k +++

  • EAST LONDON
  • NORTH LONDON
  • THROUGHOUT LONDON AND THE HOME COUNTIES

A traditional surveying company with a reputation for quality, service and communication. Instructions come mainly from private banks and private clients (no panel management work).

No excessive workloads, typically 1 or 2 valuations a day, or perhaps a HBR and a small valuation, or a building survey only within your agreed postcode area.

MRICS / FRICS surveyors with good experience are required to join their dynamic team throughout London and the South East.

Reports are dictated from home and sent digitally to the SW London head office. They are typed and sent back to the surveyor for checking and to insert photographs, after which the specialised support team complete the process. (there is zero typing for the surveyor).

The internal systems and support mechanisms are highly efficient ensuring the surveyors life is made easy.

The company is dedicated to working as a team – they have no intention to grow into a large corporate operation. They are privately owned where the directors work in the business. They are keen to retain their reputation for personal service and maintain the very close relationships with their clients.

They can offer a range of salary and benefits packages designed to suit the individual. Those who work full time in certain areas will enjoy high on target earnings and benefits to and in excess of £100,000 per annum.
