Job Details

A young and ambitious Quantity Surveying consultancy outside of London are seeking a Senior Monitoring Surveyor to work alongside one of the Directors of the practice.

The successful Senior Monitoring Surveyor will work with a wide range of funders. From day one, you will be loaded up with projects and be expected to function independently with the support from the team.

The Senior Monitoring Surveyor

Based in Surrey, the successful Senior Monitoring Surveyor will work alongside a Director, undertaking a variety of technical, monitoring services for several high profile clients.

The successful Senior Monitoring Surveyor will have as a minimum:

  • A RICS accredited degree
  • Experience working as a Monitoring Surveyor within a PQS/Consultancy environment
  • Excellent communication skills
