Commercial Property Manager - Home working available - Leading Provider, Stellar Reputation

 

We are pleased to be partnering with one of the UKs leading providers of commercial property management services, recruiting for a Property Manager from either a management surveying or facilities management background.

 

This leading service provider has a “best in class” reputation for property management, with a network of offices across the country and manage more that 60 million square feet of commercial space on behalf of some huge names in the industry.

 

Together we are looking for a hands on portfolio manager that lives and breathes property to take ownership of a patch across the South West of England. As a business they are known for their values of respect, honesty and sustainability, both internally and throughout the wider community and it is no surprise that people who join, typically stay. 

 

Founded in the late 80s, they have over 100 employees and in terms of style and culture offer a friendly, non-corporate alternative to their competitors which has helped them to attract great people and grow organically. 

 

Your role will see you take on portfolio management responsibilities across industrial, office, retail and leisure properties in an all-encompassing role; dealing with management of rents, advising on value enhancement opportunities, dealing with tenants, contractors, maintenance, health and safety, insurance disputes and budgeting amongst other duties. You will be working as part of a small team, yet given the autonomy and flexibility to work remotely where appropriate.

The successful applicant will need to have experience in either facilities management or property management surveying across a commercial portfolio. Service charge budgeting experience is essential and exposure to Industrial properties is highly desirable.
