Your new company
Your new company is young, ambitious and wanting to give the right support and progression to the suitable candidate. They are currently working on a mixture of high-end residential projects, heritage schemes and commercial designs that have ranged from £600k - £10m.

They are looking to expand their offices and are seeking the individual to help them achieve this goal.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working on a range of design projects, using you expert software knowledge to create conceptual and detailed designs of a range of residential, commercial and infrastructure building structures. You will also be involved with aiding junior staff with the designs, checking and making adjustments where necessary. A key part of this role will be your relationship with other parties, such as the architect, to take full ownership of your schemes and help this young, thriving business grow.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will come from a strong structural engineering background. You will have 5+ years' post-degree experience and have the ability to work on multiple projects at once with those projects being predominantly building structures, residential structures, steel frame and concrete frame. The team is all based in the office (putting all safety measures in place), so the ability to get to the office each day is a must.
