Your new role
You will work as a Maintenance Operation Manager, where you will coordinate the delivery of the direct maintenance for the properties, as well as project contract administration and contract management. You will also ensure all health and safety standards are met, as well as working with external contractors for external work and ensuring they are delivered to agreed budgets and deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked with social housing projects, for project management and maintenance work. You will have knowledge in heating and electrical compliance and knowledge of CDM regulations.
