Valuation Surveyor - Surveyor to Associate Director

Woodhouse Property Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading global property consultancy who are recognised as one of the best employers to work for within the property industry. They are seeking to expand their Birmingham Valuation team and are currently looking to hire Valuation Surveyors from Surveyor level through to Associate Director level. You will be joining a team that covers; commercial, residential and development valuations primarily for loan security purposes but also extends to portfolio and accounts valuations.

Key responsibilities

• Providing valuation advice to a range of clients for secured lending, accounts and other purposes
• Compiling Red Book valuation reports
• Client management

Key Skills & Experience

• MRICS Qualified
• Experienced with Argus
• Good report writing skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
