Job Details

A young, market leading, Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a vibrant Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable running projects with minimal supervision from the companies modern offices based a short distance from Monument station.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have a Cost Management and Project Management background and be eager to take on a diverse workload including residential, commercial, and hospitality schemes.

Working alongside two Associate Quantity Surveyors, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall take projects from inception to handover, specifically:

  • Conducting feasibility studies
  • Preparing detailed cost plans
  • Project administration
  • Cost and variation control
  • Settling final accounts

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Degree qualified
  • MRICS, or working towards
  • 3+ years' UK consultancy experience
  • Hard working, ambitious character
  • A track record of running jobs
