Client Details
Our client is a leading real estate investment company based in London's West End. It is a family office with discretionary capital, that invests in commercial real estate assets all over the world. The company currently owns and manages a range of investments and assets that amount to in excess of £1.5 bn.
Description
- To assist in the preparation of business plans, service charge budgets, forecasts, leases, renewals, analysis and approvals as requested by the Asset Manager;
- To review service charge budgets;
- To analyse acquisition targets;
- Liaising with the client accounting team and property managers to ensure all assets are operating efficiently;
- Working closely with 3rd party advisers to execute lease transactions where necessary; assisting with investment analysis and reporting;
- Producing high quality reports on both a regular and ad-hoc basis;
- Performing other tasks delegated as required;
- To perform periodic property site inspections to uphold property performance against plan;
- Collecting market data and conducting bench-marking analysis;
- Assisting in the valuation of properties and investment reports annually or more frequently if necessary;
- To manage requests for assignments, subleases and similar tenant requests.
Profile
- MRICS (1-2 years);
- Undergraduate or MSc in Real Estate related subject;
- Property management experience;
- Exceptional analytical skills and with the ability to work as part of a team;
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills required along with the ability to multi-task and bring individual issues to timely closure;
- Very good written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team centred, results-driven environment;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, database management & reporting.
