Client Details

The business is growing substantially in line with their strategy of creating attractive, long-term returns for institutional partners within the residential to rent sector.

The successful candidate will join one of the businesses Acquisition Hubs, which comprise a blend of skill sets and experience including acquisitions, planning and technical expertise. This role supports the Acquisition Leads in the identification and acquisition of development sites in line with key targets and performance metrics. This is a great opportunity to gain full investment and acquisitions exposure at a proactive developer assisting with originating and evaluating development opportunities in line with the group target markets and provide support throughout the appraisal and acquisition process.

Description

    Undertake relevant and appropriate planning, review and progress monitoring activities with all relevant stakeholders at the appropriate intervals throughout a programme. Compile investment appraisals. Assist with reporting for projects at the acquisition stage and coordinating on reporting for projects at the planning & design stages, monitoring performance against signed-off metrics. Coordinate key commercial inputs including accommodation mix and floor areas, rents, yields, operational costs, development and financing costs. Showing an enthusiasm and desire to learn and increase professional knowledge and skill set, increasingly take the lead on projects.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a Real Estate Analyst related position, and possess a relevant degree in real estate or finance. MRICS is preferred, however, solid modelling and excel skills within real estate is a prerequisite (residential assets ideally).
