Job Details

A national Cost Consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable in client facing scenarios and working across an array of different projects.

Working from home and from their offices around London Liverpool Street, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering commercial and residential projects between £10m and £85m.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also support a couple of Quantity Surveyors in completing their smaller jobs. A key part of your role which will support your progression towards becoming an Associate.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS, or working towards
  • UK, cost consultancy experience
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious and client facing
