Bailey Partnership is an award winning consultancy practice looking to recruit an Architectural Technician to join our expanding EWS1/Cladding team located in Bristol. The vacancy presents a great opportunity to work within a dynamic team in a growing sector which includes cladding surveys and projects in social housing, private sector housing and commercial sectors.

Your new role
As an Architectural Technician, your role will include preparing, presenting and leading on detailed design processes, integrating and managing design & production information. You will advise on specification, materials selection and look to provide detailed design solutions in relation to performance criteria.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 3-4 years experience, and preferably be working towards achieving professional membership of CIAT. You'll need to be proficient in using programmes such as REVIT and AutoCAD, and in general have excellent technical design skills!
