Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Opportunity: This role would suit an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who has aspirations to progress within a forward thinking and growing practice environment.

Projects: Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Defence, Residential and Education.

Company Headcount: 200 - 250

Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Delivery of a range of projects from £250k up to £35M.Liaising with clients, contractors and other internal teams.Experience running projects from inception to completion, client facing and chairing meetings.Preparation of cost plans, tender documents and contract documents for financial and commercial presentation.Occasional production and pricing of bills of quantity from drawings and specifications.Financial analysis of current and upcoming projects, and meeting agreed targets.

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

MRICS qualified Ability to present directly to external clients, and act as an impartial expert in your discipline.Proven consultancy experience.Experience of leading projects.Enthusiasm and initiative to develop business.
