Job Details
Our Client: Well established chartered building surveying, project management and quantity surveying consultancy. Projects: Arts, Commercial, Conservation, Education, Healthcare, Mixed Use, Residential, Retail and Leisure Company Headcount: 20 - 50 Role of the Quantity Surveyor: Taking a supporting or lead role delivering a project's QS duties from inception to completion, subject to experience.Preparation of initial and subsequent cost planning modelsPreparation and implementation of procurement strategiesPreparation of tender documentsPreparation of contract documentsCost management during the construction phase comprising valuations, agreement of variations and preparation of cost reportsAgreement of final accountRegular client and design team contact Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor: MRICS qualified or working towards qualificationExperienced of working within a consultancy Able to work independently Benefits: 25 days annual leave, pension, healthcare, discretionary bonus, flexible / remote working available and professional subscriptions paid.
