Role of the Quantity Surveyor:

Taking a supporting or lead role delivering a project's QS duties from inception to completion, subject to experience.Preparation of initial and subsequent cost planning modelsPreparation and implementation of procurement strategiesPreparation of tender documentsPreparation of contract documentsCost management during the construction phase comprising valuations, agreement of variations and preparation of cost reportsAgreement of final accountRegular client and design team contact

Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:

MRICS qualified or working towards qualificationExperienced of working within a consultancy Able to work independently
