Job Details

A close knit, fast paced Quantity Surveying practice in West London are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working relatively independent on projects across London and the UK.

Based a short walk from Fulham, the successful Quantity Surveyor will join a strong Quantity Surveying team who have found that perfect balance of hard work and socialising.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will mainly carry out a traditional Quantity Surveying role on student accommodation and high end residential projects. There is also an array of school, country homes, and boutique projects to be involved in.

You may also have the chance to carry out a Contract Administration/Employer's Agent role on certain jobs should that appeal.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Strong work ethic
  • Able to work relatively independently
  • Quantity Surveying background
  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
