Job Details

A chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in London are seeking a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join their fast paced, modern, London offices.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to the consultancies high profile, commercial investors and developers across an extensive project portfolio.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will come in and hit the ground running by taking on a mix of residential (covering all areas), student accommodation and hotel projects.

You will provide a client facing role and report into a Director.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Excellent pre contract knowledge
  • Residential, Hospitality, or Higher Education experience is preferable
  • MRICS or close to completing the APC assessment
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional manner
