Development Project Manager - Refurbishments

Working for a family-owned Development business based in the heart of the West End, you will have the opportunity to lead extensive refurbishment projects across a portfolio of commercial, mixed-use and residential property. 

Responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, it is essential that you have an eye for design and have experience managing external consultants to include architects, planners, cost consultants and contractors. 

Reporting to the Project Director, you will have autonomy on running your own schemes across a growing portfolio of buildings. Residential properties are located across the West End and North West London and commercial office space and mixed-use properties across central and North West London. All of this firm's assets are being kept as part of a growing portfolio where complex refurbishments are driving the increase in the value of the portfolio. 

It is essential that you have experience in administering contracts, can display a very good knowledge of complex refurbishment (listed property experience would be a bonus!) and have excellent stakeholder engagement skills. A keen eye for detail and being able to articulate design styles is a key part of the job. 

Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience working client side or for a project management consultancy in the early phases of projects. 

On offer is a basic salary up to £75,000 per annum plus a generous bonus, private medical and other perks.
