The requirement for valuations of Institutional grade assets is booming. Our client is looking for the next generation of leaders within their alternative assets valuation division. The assets include BRT, hotels, healthcare, student accommodation, property company portfolios and affordable housing. You would be working on behalf of blue-chip investors, pension funds, banks, property companies and HNWIs. The reports would be focused on lending and acquisitions. We welcome applications from outside the alternatives sector. These roles would suit qualified valuation surveyors who are numerate, enjoy working with cash flow data and the challenge of valuing varied and complex operational assets.
