Associate Director - Project Management - Data Centres

This exciting opportunity is to work in a newly formed Data Centre (DC) team within a SME construction consultancy who is in growth mode. Working closely with the DC Projects Director, in a collegiate environment, the successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of projects within the DC sector.

To be considered you must meet the following criteria:
 

• Min 5 years’ PQE experience.
• Min 3 years of DC / mission critical experience.
• Ideally coming from a consultancy background.
• Experienced across all RIBA stages.
• Track record of working on a variety of M&E projects.
• Good communication skills. 
• Strong stakeholder management and business development capability.
• Ideally chartered.
