A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful firm of Chartered Surveyors who are seeking an ambitious Senior Associate level MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor to take a lead role and join their growing team based in Hertfordshire.

They work on a number of large-scale projects across the UK covering a varied and interesting range of work.
About the Job
In this role you will be working closely to play a significant part of a forward-thinking team. You will be involved in a range of rural consultancy matters and be the principal agent for a selection of Estate Management clients. The successful candidate will undertake work in a wide range of areas including land management, planning, valuation, property agency, Basic Payment Scheme, diversification projects compensation and environmental grant schemes.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a RICS accredited degree and FAAV favourable. The candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and good relationship building skills. A team player with team leader potential as well as being organised with good commercial awareness along with great verbal and written communication skills.
