A central London estate is seeking two numerical Commercial Asset Managers to join their growing team.

Covering a prime, well known central London estate, both roles will be focused on optimising income, and protecting and improving the long term value of the assets.  

Job Description

Acting as Asset Managers dealing with a commercial property portfolio in central London, the responsibilities of the roles will include:

• To progress all aspects of asset management matters.
• To seek to extract added value and maintain and improve income from the commercial assets wherever possible.
• To contribute to the formulation of long and short term strategies of the Estate together with performance reviews to ensure the profitable growth of the assets.
• To carry out detailed analysis of the performance of the commercial portfolio.
• To be responsible for a number of lease events such as rent reviews and lease renewals.
• To provide valuation and investment advice in respect of assets within the team’s area of responsibility.
• To liaise with Building Surveyors in respect of works, dilapidations and wants of repair.

Candidate profile

• MRICS.
• Numerical- able to model cashflows in Excel from scratch- essential.
• Existing asset management experience- highly desirable.
• Knowledge and experience working with retail assets- important.
• Central London asset experience- highly desirable.

The salary levels for both roles are slightly different as one role is more junior than the other but the positions’ collective range in salary would be £40,000 to £60,000, potentially a little higher for the ideal candidate, plus benefits and bonus.
