Commercial Property Surveyor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious property manager to join a well-established Midlands based consultancy in Birmingham. This leading independent mid-sized consultancy is well known throughout the Midlands for punching above their weight and fast career progression. For the right candidate there is a realistic opportunity for equity long-term.
You will join a close-knit team covering the Midlands managing a continuously expanding commercial portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and leisure properties. The team manage a range of high-profile assets on behalf of a range of clients including Prop Co’s and HNWI’s.
Key Skills & Experience
- MRICS Qualified (5 years PQE)
- Commercial experience
- Confident communicator
- Tenacious with the drive to progress career
