The Company

Beach Baker is instructed by a highly established firm of Chartered Surveyors who have sustained continued growth to now become one of the UK's leading suppliers of valuation, surveying and panel management business services.

The Role

Your principal role will be a Residential Surveyor and Valuer combined with contributing to the continued growth of the firm. We are seeking a MRICS/AssocRICS qualified Surveyor & registered Valuer with a minimum of 12 months mortgage valuation, HomeBuyers Survey experience.

The role will involve the preparation of reports for clients in accordance with RICS Red Book to best practice industry standards.

The requirement is for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join the team and help grow this fantastic business.

For the right person the firm can potentially offer progression to Directorship level.

Skills /Qualifications Required:

  • Member of RICS - 1+ years PQE
  • RICS Registered Valuer
  • Mortgage valuation and HomeBuyer Survey experience.
  • Excellent communication, outgoing personality, adaptable team player.
  • Attention to detail, sense of humour,
  • Commercially minded, astute and efficient.
