Residential and mixed use development projects
Salary £45,000-£55,000 and benefits package
This is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to work on development and construction projects across the North West.
A Real Estate Consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor within the commercial management team supporting the Head of Commercial across commercial and cost management activity and wider project delivery team that are leading on projects from feasibility through the construction cycle. The projects and clients within the company portfolio are blue chip and SME property developer's; they are exciting and challenging involving high rise, tall buildings, a mix of residential, hotel and leisure.
You will work in a Quantity Surveyor role with at least 5-10 years experience in development and construction, ideally delivering £20m-100m commercial or residential schemes. Experience working for a Property Developer, cost consultancy or Main Contractor is of interest. Candidates with a PQS background and experience of working with property developers on £50m residential schemes is of interest.
