Our client offers a wide range of experience which includes: Rural planning & development consultancy, business rates & appeals, farm & estate management, agency, and much more. They have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Rural Surveyor to join their established and growing team in Northamptonshire. 
 
The Role
 
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Chartered Surveyor to assist in a wide range of professional work. The successful Rural Surveyor will take on a varied role with a wide range of professional work including Rating Appeals relating to Commercial and Leisure Businesses.

The Person
 
The successful candidate will be a RICS qualified professional with experience within a similar role, FAAV is desirable. They will require a practical understanding of property, land, business and agriculture and will have a proven track record in dealing with clients in a professional manner. The ability to work in a team and independently and use initiative is a must, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and IT capability. The ideal candidate will be commercially and ideally have experience in Rating Appeals relating to Commercial and Leisure businesses.
