Property Manager - Client Side - Field Based

The Company:
 
Joshua Robert is currently working with one of the biggest hospitality companies in the UK, which has an extensive Commercial Property portfolio with over 4000 units.
 
Our client is currently looking for Property Managers to join their team to help deliver exceptional standards of property management. Positions are field based and requires significant regional travel.
 

The Role:

• As Property Manager you will be responsible for delivering high standards of property management across the company’s portfolio.
• Site Inspections
• Developing strong professional and business relationships.
• Protecting property assets through a programme of repair & maintenance
• Ensuring that a high standard of statutory compliance is maintained will always be paramount.
• Lease /tenancies agreements and renewals

 
You will also be responsible for identifying and delivery of development opportunities across a multifaceted property portfolio to ensure that assets are invested appropriately to support the letting agenda and drive enhancements in income. This will be delivered within defined capital and revenue budgets, using outsourced consultants and suppliers where appropriate.

• 3 - 5 years’ experience delivering similar roles within the commercial sector.
• Ideally professionally qualified or working towards qualification (RICS, CIOB etc.)
