Bracketts LLP is a market leading independent property consultancy known to provide advice on virtually all property matters. We are highly successful and have an enviable reputation.

We are seeking a fully qualified chartered surveyor able to carry out Building Surveys, Homebuyer Reports and Valuations on residential property. We are not on any panels and most of our work comes from word of mouth, returning clients and local professionals.

We can offer a huge variety of work and are known to be able to report on anything from a studio flat to a country house. We have our own range of bespoke survey reports which we will train you to use. There is also the opportunity to carry other work such as dilapidations, repair and maintenance specifications and project administration.

The majority of the work is in West Kent and East Sussex and you will be based at the Tunbridge Wells office but able to enjoy flexible working. You will have excellent back up from a highly experienced team of surveyors and support staff in a friendly working environment.

You will be hard working, passionate about property and be able to contribute to our excellent reputation for high quality professional advice and customer service.

We offer an excellent salary and very generous commission based on your own billing.
