Freelance Residential Surveyor

Are you Freelance or wanting the freedom of working on a Consultancy basis so you can choose your own diary and not have limited holidays?

With so many firms going back to the office maybe you want more time at home or to work 3 or 4 days a week only. 

We have various clients looking for Residential Surveyors throughout the UK to join them on a Freelance basis working a minimum of 2 days a week. 

They work to a fee split so the more you work the more you earn. 

Each client has a difference requirement and some as you to have your own PI but others ask you to work under theirs. 

All firms have the following requirement: 

• MRICS or FRICS chartered Surveyor 
• Experience conducting HomeBuyer Surveys and Building Surveys for at least 1 year
• VRS Registered Valuers have more work available to them so is desirable
• Free to work a minimum of 2 days a week regularly 

After application you will be contacted by Toni Dukes or Luke Riley for an initial telephone interview. The most relevant opportunity will be explained to you and your CV will be sent to the client for review. You may be asked for an example of a report you have completed in the past. Clients are currently conducting video and telephone interviews, they will be able to explain more about each role.
