Residential Property Manager

An estate agency in Manchester looking for a residential property manager.

Your new company
A national estate agency, currently looking to grow their team in Manchester/ Stockport. They are in a position to appoint a residential property manager to look after their portfolio.

Your new role
In this role you will be liaising with tenants and landlords, managing the properties and being the first point of contact for tenants. Signing new tenants and confirming contracts. You will be working alongside a team of experienced property managers that will help you in further progressing your career.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified with a couple of years post graduate experience working within the property industry. You will have the enthusiasm and genera interest in the property industry and will be an ambitious individual.
