I am working with a Metropolitan Council near Birmingham for a Interim Estates Surveyor. This role is a 6 month contract, where if both parties are happy to will go permanent after six months. The permanent salary is £38,000. Looking for someone comfortable with doing hands on the full range of estates management. Someone who likes being involved in the detail of L&T, rent reviews and all elements of property management.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Interim Estates Surveyor, would be the full estates management and property management a surveyor would expect with a varied operational / investment portfolio, comprising of a range of operational and investment assets.

Profile

Ideally looking for an MRICS Surveyor, although not essential.

Local government experience is not essential.

I need a technically competent estates surveyor, with a good attitude towards work and is happy to taking the full range of estates and property management responsibility.
