Building Surveyor

The Company

Joshua Robert are working with a multi – disciplined, national property consultancy in the recruitment of a Chartered Building Surveyor for their office in Bristol.

The business, who are going through a sustained period of growth, are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to deliver Building Consultancy services to a wide range of commercial clients across the South West.

There is now an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to drive forward ongoing projects. You will be working closely with the Senior Management team, allowing full autonomy whilst looking to grow and develop your own portfolio with the goal of setting up and running a standalone department.

The Role

The Building Surveying team covers schedule of conditions and dilapidation reports, building surveys and project management.

With a strong existing fee line, the focus of this role will be on delivery. This role could then develop into a senior position where you could be looking to strategically grow and develop the department and looking at new business development.

The Candidate
