You will work for a property agency who dominate the property market across the East Midlands. They work with mainly commercial properties including retail, office, industrial and leisure.

Your new role
You will work as a Property Management Surveyor, based in their team in Derby. You will oversee rent, insurance and service charge collection for the portfolios, as well as management of service charges, client liaison, property inspections and rent reviews.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in property management, as well as being MRICS qualified, or keen to work towards your APC. You will have a full driving licence as well as the ability to work in a team.
