A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Senior Party Wall Surveyor to join an independent building surveying specialist in St Albans.

My client is a dynamic forward thinking organisation who provides accurate and professional surveying advice across the built environment. The organisation predominately operates within the residential and commercial sectors. They undertake exclusive and high-end schemes in Central London and the City.

The practice boasts over 50 year’s industry experience and has earned a reputable reputation in the market. Due to an increase in workload and organic growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Party Wall Surveyor to join the team. We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about their craft and pays close attention to detail.

You the experience Party Wall Surveyor will lead several programmes at once, recent projects include basements, penthouses and large estates. Other responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships and spotting new business opportunities.

About the Senior Party Wall Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally MRICS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client facing
