Estate Manager

Macdonald & Company are currently working with a private family business who have interests in the retail, commercial and leisure sectors and are looking for an Estate Manager to focus on a national remit of distribution centres.

Our client is looking to offer up to £55,000 plus package for the right individual. The remit will include the oversight of up to 75 distribution centres located nationally and the successful candidate will work closely alongside other colleagues including building surveyors. Working from Central London, the successful applicant will be involved in the acquisition and delivery of a nationwide network of new premises working alongside the Estates Director and C.E.O.

If you have circa 3+ years PQE experience in Estate Management with a sole or part element of distribution/industrial assets and are looking for an exciting new challenge please do get in touch.

Our client have offices based in central London but there will be elements of travel involved (travel to and from sites, meetings, etc). There is an offer of working from home however as restrictions relax and allow, there will be encouragement to work in the office a couple of days a week.
