MRICS Building Surveyor - Birmingham - £60,000

Woodhouse Property Recruitment are currently assisting a large international real estate consultancy who are renowned for their expert building consultancy services. They are actively seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham team and work on large commercial projects such as office fit outs and refurbs up to the value of £7million. You will specialise or have experience in technical due diligence & dilapidations while possessing a full range of building surveying skills. This position provides plenty of opportunity for progression and growth personally and professionally in a leading worldwide company. You will be joining a hardworking and very sociable team who host sporting events, quiz nights and who take part in the annual Propski event.

Requirements

• MRICS – 2 + Years PQE
• Technical Due Diligence & Dilapidations
• Excellent presenting, communicating and report writing skills

Salary + Benefits

• Up to £60,000 DOE
