RESIDENTIAL VALUATION/BUILDING SURVEYOR
CHELTENHAM.
Full Time/Part Time Employed, or Consultancy opportunity.
Flexible Home or Office based opportunity.
The company is a successful, independent surveying practice with a good mix of private and corporate work. They have over 25 years of experience in all areas of surveying and specialist services.
They seek an experienced Residential Surveyor to undertake residential valuations, Homebuyer reports and ideally building surveys.
The workloads are at a very reasonable and manageable level providing an excellent work/life balance. It is a friendly organisation offering a great working environment.
Some local knowledge of the areas including Cheltenham and surrounds would be an advantage.
On offer is a competitive basic salary plus a percentage of all fee income, with additional bonus for self generated work. Also car allowance, healthcare and other benefits.

Ideally our client seeks a full time or part time employed surveyor, however a self employed consultant will be considered.
