RESIDENTIAL VALUATION/BUILDING SURVEYOR
PORTSMOUTH / SOUTHAMPTON / CHICHESTER
(HOME /OFFICE BASED)
Basic Salary circa mid £50k’s, with bonus scheme and a range of attractive benefits.
The company is a highly respected multi-disciplinary practice offering the full range of professional property services under one roof. They are a medium sized regional firm providing a enjoyable, non corporate work environment.
Due to a forthcoming retirement, they seek an experienced valuation/building surveyor to join the team of 4 other surveyors.
Applicants will be Assoc/M/FRICS and a Registered Valuer. The position is very much a General Practice type role offering a varied and interesting workload.
Day to day work includes Homebuyer reports, valuations, building surveys, single defect reports, lease enfranchisement/extension work, expert witness etc. Recent experience in some of these disciplines is expected.
The team cover an area including Portsmouth, Southampton, Chichester and occasionally the Isle of Wight.
Most of the team work flexibly combining home and office working.
An attractive basic salary up to mid £50k’s is available depending on experience, together with a bonus scheme and range of attractive benefits.
