Asset Database Officer - Manchester

Joining a facilities management department who look after a large and varied national portfolio, you will be part of a team delivering efficient asset management across the UK.
With experience of database management and reviewing asset condition data, you will identify emerging risks and provide forecasts and assistance to the facilities technical team.  With a keen eye for detail your role will involve the accurate management of the database, making changes and updates as required.
Previous experience of asset management, in particular CAFM systems will be crucial, along with strong numeracy and excellent communication skills.  Building and maintaining relationships with a wide number of teams and external partners will ensure an effective and efficient service.
