Joshua Robert are working with a multi – disciplined, national property consultancy in the recruitment for a Building Surveyor.

This role will be covering the Bedfordshire area.

The business, who are going through a sustained period of growth, are seeking a Building Surveyor to work on their residential Property Portfolio nationwide.

This Business is one of the leading Property Service providers in the country and pride themselves on the service they deliver, and that service is a strong part of their business.

The Role

This role will enable you to be part of the UK’s leading Property Management companies. You will be given the opportunity to hone your technical Surveying, Building Maintenance, and Commercial skills within a very experienced team.

You will be working with the Head of building Surveying very closely which will give you an opportunity to understand the Commercial side of operating a Property Management company.

Alongside Surveying Properties and work specifications you will be encouraged to contribute to business development and driving the business forward.

The Candidate

This role is ideal for someone with substantial technical surveying experience in the Property Management environment with a wide range of building types and experience consulting tenants and customers.

You will use your comprehensive knowledge of multi disciplined repairs services while working on this companies’ extensive portfolio and you will be a professional member or working towards membership of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or Chartered Institute of Building.
