Job Details

The Owner of an established Quantity Surveying consultancy in Essex is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor from Senior to Director level to replace him in the next 6-12 months.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be spending the first 6 months working with the Director to deliver their current workload whilst also being introduced to their prestigous and longstanding client base.

After this, the Director will move into an advisory role and the successful Quantity Surveyor will become the face and leader of the practice, responsible for generating work, managing a small team, and ensuring the profitablility of the practice.
